Alexander McGinnis is the third Alexander in his family and the only one after the tragic death of Alexander the 1st and 2nd. Alexander the 3rd comes out looking exactly like Alexander the 2nd, and after Alexander the 2nd dies, his mom, Katrina, decides to name him Alexander to carry the name on. At a very young age, Alexander’s dad Roger leaves him and his brother Coleman to sell drugs worldwide. After a conflict within the family, Katrina and Roger decide to split up. Their decision left Katrina raising two boys by herself in Oklahoma, while Roger ventured out to Texas to expand his drug dealing business. One day Roger visits Oklahoma, and he sees an opportunity within the church from a corrupt pastor named Cliff that also smuggles drugs with his deacons. Alexander the 3rd catches the deacons in the act and finds out about the corrupt church but doesn’t know his dad is the main supplier. Once Roger and the deacons get caught by the feds, Alexander promises he won’t be like his dad going forward. That all changes when he goes to TTSU, and his stepdad takes away his scholarship for his college tuition, which forces him to earn money quickly. Alexander breaks down and decides to sell drugs while having the time of his life, doing key bumps and drinking alcohol. His new college lifestyle soon turns into an addiction, which leads to Alexander getting involved with sex traffickers. After Alexander finds out the people in his college town are just as corrupt as the people in his church in his hometown, he looks to assemble his own group of deacons to help him pay back a major debt he owes to the cartel. This novel is a thrilling story inspired by true events that entertains the public by using stigmas that are in danger of continuing to be attacked. Also proceeds go to building houses for black fraternities and sororities.
